For a return, please contact us immediately your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in and the original packaging unopened.
If the packaging is damaged when the courier delivers your order, please inform us immediately.
Note: Items for refund or exchange are strictly at the manufacturers or distributors discretion. Normally electrical products are not returnable, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Once agreed on a return there will be a 20% Handling fee on all goods returned that have been correctly supplied. Kindly confirm with your installer that you are purchasing the correct products and its compatible with the systems you want.
Each products carries their own warranty – Specified by the manufacturers and distributors. All items require a qualified, vetted installer for the installation
Should you wish to return an item for exchange or refund:-

Goods have been used
Goods are not in original packaging
Goods are damaged
Goods are out of the returns policy 7 Days
Refunds (if applicable)
Once you receive official feedback to return your item, your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges & Warranty Claims
PLEASE NOTE: All electrical items are required to be installed by a qualified person with SANS and NRS regulations. Solar installations in South Africa require a valid COC (Certificate of Compliance), Water heating products require a qualified plumber and electrician when required.
We will only consider refunding or replacing electrical equipment if the equipment is installed by qualified electrician in accordance with SANS and NRS regulations. All solar installations for warranty purposes will require adequate DC and AC surge protection devises installed.
All exchange or warranty claim items must be returned at the client’s expense to:
Return Shipping
Note: Return shipping and subsequent delivery shipping is for the customers cost.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R500.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
It is advisable to insure the goods been delivered.
